This is our aim at Mental Health Yourself! In short, you’re going to get the whole story. We are all connected as people in peculiar and unseen ways that we’re just beginning to understand. And our bodies, souls, and consciousness are equally connected as individuals. We cannot be broken down into parts. The physical impacts the mental. The mental impacts the emotional. And let’s not forget the spiritual. You’ll get it all here. What you do with it, well, that’s up to you. But to that end, you’ll find a lot of inspiration in the form of content that’s meant to empower and motivate you. Because that always has to be the first step. And I know first hand how debilitating anxiety can be and how torturous depression is. You’re the only person who can truly fix you because you are the only person who truly knows you. But you’ll have to dig deep sometimes. Effort will be required, even in moments when effort feels impossible to muster. And I know about this, too. We are all in this together.
