    🔍 Reflecting on the Onboarding Poll Results In a recent poll, I (Mindy) asked how you felt about your onboarding experience. 📊 With 76% of respondents affirming a positive experience and 24% indicating the opposite. It's encouraging to see that a majority feel positively about their onboarding process. This leads me to ponder a different angle: if we had asked respondents not just whether their experience was positive, but also if they wished to improve their onboarding processes, how would the results vary? 🤔It's one thing to be satisfied— it's another to see room for enhancement. Many express that their onboarding, similar to open enrollment, is "OK" but often remains unchanged for long periods. There's a wishlist of improvements, from automation to personalization, that never quite gets addressed. 😎 From my experience, especially reflecting on the human-centered design (HCD) workshop we conducted on onboarding, I've learned that HCD can serve as a powerful framework to assess and refine these processes. It's about starting with even one change that tailors the program to meet individual needs more effectively. That is why with MeBeBot, I have seen our customers increase their open enrollment and onboarding employee service metrics. ➡ I'm curious to hear from you all: When was the last time your company revisited its onboarding process? Beth asks us to re-imagine the HR Operations team — envisioning a future where technology augments people, creating more efficiencies by centralizing employee support and developing what she calls the "SuperTeam." 🔍 Are you currently running call center operations to address a myriad of workplace questions? Or perhaps using email, Slack, or Teams groups? 🤔 Think about what a 2.0 employee support experience delivers in an era of being asked to do more with less. MeBeBot leverages a unique hybrid AI model, or “AI with guardrails.” This model ingests company documents like handbooks, benefits summaries, and IT FAQs, applying Generative AI with domain- and customer-specific data models to craft summary answers specifically for compliance and HR questions. Crucially, a human-in-the-loop verification step ensures that AI-generated answers are accurate and compliant, mitigating the risk of AI hallucinations. 💬 Beth emphasizes, “In its current state, Generative AI and related LLMs are frankly not ready to deliver policy information securely and compliantly to employees. It’s vital to keep our business in a good, legally sound place.” The outcome?
