𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝘁𝘆 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 🎊🍾 I have acquired a % of Meals: Delicious Recipes & Meal Tracking App! 📱🥳 Meals is a simple nutrition tracking + recipe app that has previously been 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲 as '𝗔𝗽𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘆' 🏆 📖 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 11 months ago, Lidiya Nikolova told me she was thinking about sunsetting the most successful app in her portfolio Meals required full-time attention to bring it back to its golden era; something she couldn't give as a solo developer due to other commitments (𝘴𝘶𝘤𝘩 𝘢𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢 𝘎𝘰𝘥-𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘳 𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘱𝘩𝘪𝘤 𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘯𝘦𝘳 𝘢𝘵 Apptuitive: Mobile App Marketing Agency 🎨) "𝗪𝗛𝗬?!", I bawled, "Let's work on it together & make it better than ever!" We completely reassessed the app, the business, the monetisation strategy, the brand, the marketing plan, the future features - the 𝗟𝗢𝗧. ⏩ Fast forward to today: we are now in a position to turn Meals into a powerhouse recipe + nutrition tracking app to rival the big dogs, like MyFitnessPal & Noom, in terms of functionality & overall user experience by the end of 2024 (…Maybe not so much in the financial department... 𝑦𝑒𝑡) 🤔 𝗦𝗼, 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆? After months of bug hunting, we soft-relaunched the app on December 19th to the existing userbase in order to identify + stomp out any bugs 🦶 It also gave us a solid chance to monitor analytics & make necessary changes ahead of the official 2024 relaunch because the thought of marketing something riddled with issues & a clunky flow honestly renders me sick 🤢 Despite us silently releasing with zero noise at all - Meals has managed to organically attract 𝟭𝟮𝟬𝟬+ new users over the last 2 weeks, even in its currently basic state! 🥳 🚀 𝗔𝗮𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁? It's simple. 2024 is the year where Meals transitions from a 'passive income app' into a fully-fledged business; abiding by a long-term roadmap for success & I'll be documenting the journey all year round! ❤️ 𝗠𝘆 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸𝘀 𝗴𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗼...
