Provider Preview Reports have moved to iQIES as of August 2023. 1) Log into iQIES at https://cstu.io/faa0fd using your Health Care Quality Information Systems (HCQIS) Access Roles and Profile (HARP) user ID and password. 2) Select the My Reports option from the Reports menu. 3) From the My Reports page, locate the Provider Preview Reports folder. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is offering a cross-setting web-based training course that provides an overview of key updates to the post-acute care (PAC) Quality Reporting Programs (QRPs) for Fiscal Year (FY)/Calendar Year (CY) 2025. This targeted training discusses new, removed, and revised quality measures, timelines for public reporting, and measure specifications. In addition, assessment guidelines and coding instructions are presented for two new data elements: O0350. Patient/Resident’s COVID-19 vaccination is up to date and A1400. The Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Provider Preview Reports have been updated and are now available in iQIES. These reports contain provider performance scores for quality measures, which will be published on Care Compare and Provider Data Catalog (PDC) during the October 2024 refresh. The new assessment-based measure added to the Preview Reports is Discharge Function Score. The three assessment-based measures removed from the Preview Reports are: (1) Application of Percent of Long-Term Care Hospital (LTCH) Patients with an Admission and Discharge Functional Assessment and a Care Plan That Addresses Function, (2) SNF Functional Outcome Measure: Change in Self-Care Score for Skilled Nursing Facility Residents, and (3) SNF Functional Outcome Measure: Change in Mobility Score for Skilled Nursing Facility Residents. https://lnkd.in/gHJp4Amc

Transmittal 12714 Update to the Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM) Claim Editing. Summary of changes: The purpose of this Change Request (CR) is to implement an update to a current claims processing edit to allow for the subsequent claim submission containing the same admission date when the prior claim was processed as a no pay claim. EFFECTIVE DATE: January 1, 2025 *Unless otherwise specified, the effective date is the date of service. IMPLEMENTATION DATE: January 6, 2025. https://cstu.io/d1a23a

Errata V3.02.2 is now available for the MDS Data Specifications V3.02.1 (FINAL) under the Downloads. Two issues have been identified, which will result in the addition of edits -4072, -4073 and -4074, as well as the deletion of edits -4051, -4052, and subedit a of -4071.
