Snow cones, water balloon fights, piñatas and petting zoos are sure to create lasting memories with coworkers and friends who turn into family. Happy summer! #MuchBetterAtMB

𝐗𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞 | We conducted research with our clients and discovered that employees didn’t want to think about benefits until the moment they needed to access it. This prompted our team at MB to create Xplore! A site that houses their specific benefits documents and provides them with the information they need at that moment. Through highly interactive AI, they don’t have to hunt for their information, just ask Xplore. With Open Enrollment season right around the corner, we are so excited to offer this to clients for the second year in a row! #MuchBetterAtMB

Our Toy Closets and Victory Carts have been getting a lot of use this summer from some special visitors! Cincinnati Consultant, Connor Hopkins’ son picked out the Cookie Monster while Dayton Account Manager, Wendy Holt’s grandsons went the soccer ball route! Account Manager, Quinn Schulz’s daughter felt right at home sitting on the Victory Cart! We love when our MB kids get to see their parents and grandparents at work. #MuchBetterAtMB

National Intern Day is celebrated annually on the last Thursday of July to recognize students and the value they bring to their employers. They are without a doubt making a difference during their time here at MB. Their responsibilities impact nearly every department. From creating AccelerateGo! campaigns, to starring in video shoots, to updating spreadsheets and Salesforce, to building prospect folders, and even developing a wellness program for our employees, they will be greatly missed when they head back to school in the fall!
