𝐗𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞 | We conducted research with our clients and discovered that employees didn’t want to think about benefits until the moment they needed to access it. This prompted our team at MB to create Xplore! A site that houses their specific benefits documents and provides them with the information they need at that moment. Through highly interactive AI, they don’t have to hunt for their information, just ask Xplore. With Open Enrollment season right around the corner, we are so excited to offer this to clients for the second year in a row! #MuchBetterAtMB

Happy #NationalInternDay to our eight incredible summer interns! National Intern Day is celebrated annually on the last Thursday of July to recognize students and the value they bring to their employers. They are without a doubt making a difference during their time here at MB. Their responsibilities impact nearly every department. From creating AccelerateGo! campaigns, to starring in video shoots, to updating spreadsheets and Salesforce, to building prospect folders, and even developing a wellness program for our employees, they will be greatly missed when they head back to school in the fall!
