  • What an incredible evening at the United Hebrew of New Rochelle 105th Anniversary Gala! 🎉 We were truly honored to join our partner James Staudt, Senior Board Chair of United Hebrew, in this special celebration which paid tribute to the remarkable achievements of Rita Mabli, President & CEO of United Hebrew of New Rochelle. For over 40 years, Rita has been a beacon of excellence and compassion, dedicated to enhancing the lives of Westchester’s seniors. Her visionary leadership has transformed the United Hebrew campus, expanding it to include assisted living, memory care, affordable living facilities, short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and home care services. These initiatives have been instrumental in addressing the needs of our region’s aging population. Congratulations, Rita, on this well-deserved honor! • Our team spent an incredible day giving back to the community and helping preserve the beauty of Saxon Woods park! We had the privilege of partnering with the Westchester Parks Foundation for a fulfilling day of volunteer work. Here’s what we accomplished: 🌱 Tree tube maintenance and invasive plant management to protect our local flora. 🚮 Litter and debris pickup on trails to keep the park clean and welcoming. 🌳 Potting small oak seedlings in the pavilion, which will be planted later to support reforestation efforts. A big thank you to our team for dedicating their time and energy to this good cause, and to the Westchester Parks Foundation for this wonderful opportunity!

  • We're thrilled to announce that a new high-end self-storage facility is set to replace an eyesore on Route 100 in Somers! Thanks to the hard work of MGS on behalf of Gleneida Realty Inc., approvals have been obtained to construct this facility with parking, landscaping, and storm water mitigation on a 2.28-acre lot.    The two-story facility, designed with a residential aesthetic, will seamlessly blend into the neighborhood while preserving green space. Originally planned for multi-family development, it was later determined that the new self-storage use would be a better fit. Thanks to MGS's efforts, rezoning and necessary approvals have been secured, marking a significant step forward for this project.    Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting development!
