In 2019 Retail Prophet had the sincere pleasure of working with George and Mindy Matouk and their team as they explored means of making their Matouk brand of ultra-luxury linens more accessible and experiential for both designers and consumers alike. Over the course of a full day together we explored a range of ideas and concepts along a very simple but effective framework that we, at Retail Prophet, call S.U.P.E.R. - meaning ideas and experiences that are Surprising, Unique, Personalized, Engaging and Repeatable. Following that inspiring day together in Fall River MA, and after 5 long years of research, vision and hard work, I'm thrilled to share the fruits of George and Mindy's labor. The House of Matouk.
