About us
At Martinez Construction Services, we provide a wide range of general contracting services as both a prime contractor or a subcontractor. Our experience includes managing and executing large, multi-year programs to maintaining government infrastructure as well as executing small, single repair and maintenance projects. We provide services under both design/build and design/bid/build contracts and have developed systems for successfully completing contracts under both delivery methods. We are a small, 8(a), woman owned general contractor whose clients include the USACE, US Air Force, National Park Service, US Coast Guard and US Navy. Our projects have included Building Renovations, Structural Repair, Architectural Repair, Repair to Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical, and Fire Alarm Systems, Design/Build, Site Work, Utilities, Paving and Roadways and Border Security Infrastructure.

The Martinez-DRMP Joint Venture is honored to be selected by Space Launch Delta 45 (SLD) and the U.S. Space Force to provide Title I and Title II services under the Spaceport Architecture Civil Engineering (SPACE) contract at the Patrick Space Force Base and Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. This $49M design and inspection Single Award Task Order Contract will enable SLD 45 to meet the ever-increasing infrastructure demands on the Eastern Range, enabling a flexible, sustainable, and efficient Spaceport.

Martinez Construction is thrilled to share the completion of our project at The St. Vincent de Paul Commons. This once-abandoned motel has been fully transformed into 50 supportive housing units. This location will serve Sonoma County, California, by helping to reduce county-wide homelessness. A huge THANK YOU to everyone on our team who contributed to the success of this project.

It must be September! And we’re not done yet :). Just a couple of contracts we’ve signed this month: *Our crew will be working for the National Park Service at Point Reyes National Seashore at the Ken Patrick Visitor’s Center. The project is a rehabilitation of the exterior to include eradicating some pesky termites! *We were awarded 2 projects for GSA in Oakland, CA. We are installing a new light pole and new security signage at the Dellums Federal Building. *Our team received 2 awards for NAVFAC SE in Key West, Florida. Bldg 1332 It is a complete renovation and repair of hurricane damage to an MWR building in Key West Florida, we’ll also be renovating an HVAC system and other upgrades at their Child Development Center. *We were awarded the Pine Island Housing-Building 119 project from the National Park Service in Florida. It is a house renovation in the heart of the Everglades. *We were awarded a contract modification to replace the sun shade canopy and steel structure for the Military Working Dog Facility at Patrick Space Force Base Phew!
