Great episode featuring Marine Raider Foundation Board Member Josh Glover!
🌟 New Episode Alert! 🌟 Don't miss the latest episode of "Blood, Sweat & Balance Sheets," featuring FloQast's President and CRO, Josh Glover. Josh shares his heartfelt perspective on the importance of meaningful work and the impact of entrepreneurship. 🎙️ "I'm going to work hard at what I do regardless of what job I have, but I want to feel like it matters. Having left my last company and joined this one, I can look back at my 12 years at nCino and say, 'We did something good.' Employees bought their first homes, customers got promoted, and shareholders did well. Those are things I believe matter, and that's why entrepreneurship has been a great fit for me in my second career." Tune in to hear Josh discuss: ◾The drive to build something lasting and impactful ◾Success stories from his time at nCino ◾Transitioning from the Marines to the tech industry ◾His vision for creating value at FloQast ◾Why meaningful work is key to his leadership philosophy 🔗 Listen now: https://lnkd.in/g5t7kGpV #byaccountantsforaccountants #finance #leadership
