It's incredible to see women in sports getting the support they deserve at the 2024 Olympics. Allyson Felix teaming up with Pampers Professional to set up a nursery in the Athletes Village is a game-changer! This advocacy sets a meaningful precedent for future Olympic Games. #BetOnWomen #WomenInSports #Olympics #Pampers
Allyson Felix holds a record 20 World Championship medals and 11 Olympic medals, including seven golds. She is acutely aware of what it takes to be an elite athlete, and an elite athlete mom. She is teaming up with Pampers to create the first-ever Pampers Nursery in the Athletes Village at the Paris Olympics. The nursery will offer a space for moms to bond with, nurse and play with their babies, helping to alleviate some of the pressures of competition. “I just knew how difficult it was to compete at the top level after I had my daughter, and some practical things were really hard. And so when I joined the Athletes Commission of the IOC, I really wanted to be that voice for athlete moms, and just take away one less thing for them to worry about in the pressure of competition,” said Felix. Bravo 👏

We were entrusted to develop a compelling brand narrative for Wolfspeed that would stand out and deeply connect with stakeholders. From developing key visuals, narratives, and scripts to multi-day filming and custom 3D animation, we infused everything with the overarching theme of "The Power to Make It Real," sharing Wolfspeed's story and that of its people through a brand relaunch video and a proof film. Big shoutout to the entire Malka team for their creativity and dedication in bringing this vision to life: Creative Director / Writer: Tyler Pierce Senior Art Director: Sam Alexander Executive Producer / Director: Nicco DeRosa Executive Creative Director: Mike Mahon Senior Producer: Jordan Klaja Senior Project Manager: Molly Dekkers, Megan Embrey Art Director: Kait Turkett Senior Graphic Designer: Laurie Holinka Account Director: Matthew Honovic Supervising Editor: Jonathan Pierce Supervising Story Producer: Steve Ginsberg Senior Post Producer: Anthony Sarni III Associate Post Supervisor: Adrienne Rosenberg Animation Supervisor: Ed Sergi Animator: Mia Rico 3D Animator: Russell Konzelmann Junior Editor: Hayden Fralin Assistant Editor: Nicholas Acevedo Assistant Editor/Media Manager: Ricardo Ramos Lastra Online Editor: Ella Flores

Insightful report from EY! It's fascinating to see how consumer behavior is shifting towards authenticity and peer influence over traditional advertising methods. This highlights the importance of adapting marketing strategies to maintain relevance in this dynamic landscape.
📢 NEW REPORT: Consumers are changing how they shop and who they listen to. 80% are scrolling past social media ads and only 25% follow a celebrity influencer. Meanwhile, 60% are turning to social media influencers and fellow shoppers for advice. These are some of the findings from our latest Future Consumer Index, surveying more than 23,000 consumers across 30 countries. How can brands and retailers react to stay ahead of the game? It was an absolute honor to contribute to the creation of Highridge Medical's new name, brand identity, voice, and strategy. We aimed to find a name that reflected the restored posture they make possible for patients, while also nodding to their Colorado roots. Thus, Highridge Medical was born. Our goal in repositioning the company was to look beyond the technical aspects of spine restoration and highlight the broader benefit – the confidence that comes with restored spine health. Our resulting tagline, “Confidence That Moves,” and the campaign we created around it resonated greatly, standing out in their category and being well received by their surgeon-partners. As a leading innovator, Highridge Medical is not just rebuilding spines; they are rebuilding confidence and giving millions a second chance at life. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Malka team for their dedication and hard work on this project.
