We're proud to announce that two projects we opened this year were recognized last night as Grand Award Winners at PCBC's 2024 Gold Nugget Awards! Siteline in Downtown Seattle, located next to the Space Needle, won Best Mixed-Use Project & The Pine in Kirkland, located between Juanita Bay & Totem Lake, won Best Multifamily Housing Community. Our organization, including GenCap Construction Corp. and Insite Property Solutions strives to develop, construct, and operate amazing places. We're excited to announce that two of our projects, Siteline and The Pine, have been recognized as Award of Merit Winners at PCBC's Gold Nugget Awards. Both projects are finalists for the Grand Awards with the winners being announced June 19th! Siteline, a 214-unit mixed-use building located in the Uptown neighborhood of Seattle, is a finalist for Best Mixed-Use Project, and The Pine, a 140-unit multi-family building located between Forbes Creek and The Village at Totem Lake, is a finalist for Best Multi-Family Housing Community.
