Specializing in attorneys, legal support, human resources, and general office placement, her clients and candidates have reaped the benefits of her consistent and clear communication. Upon starting her own business in 2020, Melissa implemented her best practices and systems to create the foundation of Magnolia Recruiting, which aims to provide optimal hiring conditions during a time when employees and employers are adapting to new conditions in the professional setting.
