A question we often encounter in our conversations with financial advisors is what does your succession plan look like? And we hear: I don't have a successor... I am not 100% sure how that will look. I have time. Everyone agrees. we have a bit of a talent gap with the next generation of advisors and the gap seems to be increasing with each passing year. How do the advisors reconcile with these critical issues? Here are some suggestions that we like to offer: - An arranged marriage in your current wirehouse sunset programs.
