Many of the places we ship to around the world are impoverished and susceptible to natural disasters, causing the most vulnerable populations to suffer without basic necessities such as medical supplies. With the help of our generous donors, we are able to ship essential supplies, like the wheelchair pictured here, to help have a profound impact in the daily lives of people in need. Learn more about the types of products we accept and how to donate at https://lnkd.in/gWtvv_9d.

In response to Hurricane Beryl, we have shipped over 160,000 pounds of relief so far to partners nationally and internationally to help affected areas. Hurricane-force winds can extend outward to more than 150 miles during large hurricanes such as this one, causing a path of damage far and wide across countries and states. This leaves many communities without access to basic necessities such as personal care products, cleaning supplies, diapers, and more. Through our partners, we are able to help provide the comfort of these essential items to the many people recovering. Visit https://lnkd.in/d3ujJUSc to learn more about our relief efforts and how to help.

We are shipping essential supplies to partners in areas that were devastated by Hurricane Beryl. This image is from June 30, when the storm was at its peak Category 5 strength moving through the Caribbean. It would go on to make landfall in the Matagorda, Texas area at a Category 1 strength. The storm brought powerful winds, life-threatening storm surge and heavy rainfall to these areas, resulting in catastrophic infrastructure damage and widespread power outages that left millions without electricity at the height of the storm. We will continue to work with our partners across the impacted areas to provide aid for their current and long-term recovery efforts. To learn more about our response and how you can help support these communities in need, visit https://lnkd.in/d3ujJUSc.
