His career began in 2004 at CONSOL Energy, where he gained valuable experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance at underground and surface mining facilities. This foundational knowledge set the stage for his future success. Chris's journey continued at Superior Well Services, where he excelled as a Technical Professional II, supervising the execution of cementing, stimulation, and logging jobs across various formations. His technical expertise and leadership skills shone through, paving the way for his return to CONSOL Energy in 2010 as a Completions Engineer. Through the years, Chris demonstrated exceptional problem-solving abilities and a knack for innovation, leading to his promotion to Vice President of Completions at CNX Resources. In this role, he focused on tackling complex challenges related to completions and water activities, driving significant advancements in the field. Chris's journey didn't stop there. He became the Vice President of Operational Excellence, providing strategic leadership, mentorship, and guidance across the organization. This experience has perfectly positioned him for his current role as COO of M&A Resources, where he continues to make a profound impact. Join us in welcoming Chris Church to the team!
