It is with a heavy heart that we share the news of the sudden passing of long-standing Charlotte team member Wade Tucker. A dedicated member of LS3P for more than 25 years, Wade was a trusted friend and leader, contributing to many award-winning projects like Lowe’s Corporate Campus, 300 South Tryon, Legacy Union, Myrtle Beach Airport, and many projects with Samaritan’s Purse and BGEA. LS3P CEO Marc Marchant shared his heartfelt condolences with Wade’s family and colleagues: “Wade was a quiet leader, kind, engaged in his community, a pilot, a musician, an exceptional mentor, and a friend to many. Wade was a dependable and loved man who will be missed. With time and healing, I hope that we can celebrate his life with heartfelt personal stories and memories that preserve his legacy in our hearts and minds.” Wade will be truly missed by all who knew him and LS3P extends our deepest solace to his family, close friends, and colleagues during this very difficult time.

We are happy to share the latest episode of Human Scale, where Meredith Ray and Patrick Cooley chat with LS3P's Quality Leader Roger Attanasio as he prepares for retirement. In this episode, we learn how Roger found his passion in Construction Administration, how he got the nickname "Greenline," and the best advice he has for emerging professionals (or anyone, really) who wants to make a difference. Stick around for our Questions from the Fish Bowl where we learn where Roger cut his teeth making spaghetti and the odd job he had with red hot glass! https://lnkd.in/gvEv7k9h Human Scale is now available on Spotify, Amazon Music, Audible and iHeartRadio! #ls3p #humanscale #podcast

Jacksonville's Fire Station 10 is featured in the latest issue of Arbus Magazine! Designed in collaboration with Auld & White Constructors, the reimagined facility has evolved into one of the area's largest and most important fire stations. "Due to increased demand and growth of the community, it was imperative that the station be updated while preserving the historical integrity of the original 1927 fire station." Excited to be part of this project and to be under way with the site work ! We have great academic partners in the Clemson University College of Veterinary Medicine and great partners in the design and construction with LS3P ASSOCIATES LTD. and Turner Construction Company under the leadership of Clemson University Facilities senior project manager Jennifer Wood PE, CFM, GGP .
The past 12 months have been nothing short of amazing for Clemson’s College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM). One year ago, on June 22, 2023, the Board of Trustees unanimously approved the creation of the CVM, the first in the state of South Carolina. Our growth over the past year has been tremendous, and we are just getting started. #gotigers #clemsonvetmed #clemson

A pinch of history meets Lowcountry luxury. The Pinch Hotel offers a luxury hospitality experience in an adaptive-reuse development - including buildings dating back to 1843. Located in the heart of downtown Charleston, this 34,000 SF hotel is complemented by 7,000 SF of retail and 3,500 SF of restaurant space. LS3P worked on this development in collaboration with Morris Adjmi Architects. The former Bob Ellis Building was recognized with a Carolopolis Exterior Award from the Preservation Society of Charleston in 2023. 📸: Katie Charlotte #ls3p #architecture #hospitalitydesign #chs
