Wow, what a year! As we look back, we couldn't be more filled with gratitude for the accomplishments and the milestones reached in 2023. In 2023, we sold our 4 millionth zippy, reached 275K incredible members in our VIP group, opened up our HQ in Hollywood, CA and so much more! Our community is everything. And this past weekend, the busiest shopping weekend of the year, we displayed 12 families from our community on the biggest billboard in downtown LA in partnership with Shopify. Back in October, we asked our community to share photos in their holiday pajamas for a chance to be featured in a surprise campaign. Nearly 2,000 entries later (!!!), we had the difficult job of selecting 12 finalists! These 12 families are a representation of the incredible community that shows up for our brand every day. They've helped us grow, provided us with thoughtful feedback, and shared so many stories of how our brand has played a role in creating magical moments in their lives. And beyond those 12 families on our first billboard, are so many more families that we are so grateful for! Thank you for spreading joy with Little Sleepies this holiday season. ✨

In the past year, Little Sleepies has been one of the fastest growing brands in the Shop app. Their secret weapon: Shop Cash offers. Last week, the Little Sleepies team traveled to Palm Springs for our first-ever company retreat. Our three-day retreat served as a time for our team to meet (many for the first time!), collaborate, brainstorm, and unwind. As a brand founded remotely, this event marked a huge milestone in our growth and a turning point as we thoughtfully embrace the balance between a hybrid and remote team with the opening of our Hollywood HQ earlier this year. And #PalmSleepies was everything we needed and more: fun, productive, and full of magical memories!
