What a special week for our LifeWell leaders..
There is something awesome about watching our team support our mission to connect and grow. This week leaders representing seven departments and five LifeWell communities earned their Executive Director certificate through TALA’s AL Manager course! Many, MANY thanks to this special group who spent time away from their communities to further their knowledge about senior living. I am so grateful that we have Executive Directors in our communities that support this growth. Very special thanks to Anthony Ormsbee-Hale for teaching, the Legacy Oaks Midlothian for hosting, and to TALA for offering the opportunity! I can’t wait to watch what great things are in store for these leaders. It was a pleasure to spend time with them and help celebrate their success!

The love, commitment, and passion of our LifeWell family sitting around this table is overwhelming. We are so fortunate.
