Yesterday we hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony for new basketball powder coating and fabrication systems. Here is what our CEO Richard Hendrickson had to say about the event, "In October of 2020, we started initial layouts for the upgraded powder coating project in building D-11. Yesterday, we celebrated the successful completion of this massive project. With new burn-off ovens, RO water systems, part upload, washer, powder coating oven and massive facilities upgrades, we are running the new mile long powder coating line this week! Throughout this massive project, we kept production moving with G-6 powder coating, we eliminated hundreds of thousands of dollars of chemicals, natural gas and electricity usage. We substantially decreased emissions and improved the quality of our finished products. Most importantly, we had zero injuries during the demo, construction and installation of the new system. A big congratulations to all who played a part on this team. THANK YOU!"
