Meet Brenda Buford. Brenda started her career in 1991 with Ryland as a Receptionist for the Customer Care team for the Maryland Division. Brenda’s caring nature made her an excellent member of the Customer Care team. In 2015, Ryland merged with Standard Pacific Homes to create CalAtlantic. Brenda officially joined the Lennar family with Lennar acquired CalAtlantic in 2018. She was also promoted to a Virtual Customer Care Coordinator for the Division. In this role, she assists in handling Customer Care cases and helping homeowners with navigating the HOA, their Lennar Account, and more. Brenda loves that Lennar is continuously improving and innovating. She says the company is always looking ahead and developing new technology to help transform the industry. She loves the company’s focus on providing a better experience for our Homeowners. Brenda also appreciates Lennar’s commitment to serving the local communities through The Lennar Foundation. The Maryland Division partners with Sarah’s House and the Maryland School for the Blind. Brenda has gone above and beyond in providing a Tickled, Delighted, and Happy Homeowner experience for over 30 years!
