Meet Patrick Hanley. Patrick started his career on the Warranty team at US Home (now Lennar) in 1997. In 1998, he moved to support the field Warranty team and was there until Lennar acquired US Home in 2000. In 2002, he was promoted to Director of Customer Care for the Colorado Division. During the recession, Patrick stepped into the field to help as Customer Care Representative. In 2022, Patrick returned to his role as Director of Customer Care for the Division. Patrick is an early riser and can often be found in the field supporting the Customer Care Reps. He visits communities where he assists with troubleshooting and ensures the Customer Care team is set up for success. Patrick is a longtime Associate and believes in Lennar's core values – Quality, Value, and Integrity. He appreciates Lennar’s willingness to give back to the local communities. Through the Home Builders Foundation, the Division builds or renovates a home for a local family in need. Recently, the team renovated a home for a young woman who suffered a severe back injury. The team and local Trade Partners donated their time and materials to help make her home more accommodating to her needs. An excellent mentor and leader in Customer Care, Patrick is a true asset to the Division. He is focused on providing a Tickled, Delighted, and Happy experience for both Associates and Homeowners. Thank you, Patrick! Fun Fact – Patrick and his wife love to travel. They have flown to Chicago several times just to dine at some of the city’s best restaurants!
