"Starting a nonprofit at eighteen meant I had not seen what a "good" boss and leader looks like versus a bad one. Thankfully, with Leadership Triangle's guidance, I hoped I could put good practices in place for the organization I lead rather than have to fix bad practices years down the road. I donate to Leadership Triangle because it was what I needed most at that stage of life, and I want to see Leadership Triangle provide that same support to others in our community." -Sonali Ratnasinghe, Founder and Executive Director, Youth Ambassadors of Service We are so grateful to our donors who sustain and support our mission.
