A few weeks ago we marked the official start of Lanai Software. While we’re still keeping the product under wraps, we’re excited to share a few more details about our product, hiring plans, and what’s next.   The innovation AI is bringing to the workplace is undeniable, but there are risks as well. At Lanai, we believe in a future where AI will dramatically improve all functions of a business - marketing, talent, finances, sales, and product development. We also believe it will empower employees to be more productive while doing their very best work. But getting there safely and efficiently will be a challenge. It’s a challenge we’re ready to help businesses overcome! As a reminder, Lanai is short for "Lean Into AI," and our mission is to help companies do exactly that. As we work toward our official product launch, we’d like to share a few updates on the business and how you can get involved. PRODUCT We’re making exciting progress on our initial product thanks to the work of our small founding team and advisors, as well as an aspirational set of companies who are giving us feedback to help us iterate along the way. In a bit of an “Inception” kind of moment, we are heavily leveraging the newest AI-based tools in the design and coding of our product. We’ve raised significant capital (more to share soon!) and are officially hiring for our engineering and product teams. We’re an AI-first company, and are looking for team members who are excited to harness the best of AI to help us build a product and culture where our team and customers can work on the leading edge. We’re leveraging the most modern development tools and practices to ensure a productive and fun environment where everyone is inspired to do their best work. We are working with a modern, cloud-native stack utilizing AWS, EKS, ReactJS, NestJS, GraphQL, Postgres, Hashicorp Vault, Python, Golang, and AWS Sagemaker.
