🎉 Excited to share that I’ve joined Lamini to lead Marketing as we develop breakthrough technologies in the rapidly evolving GenAI space. Our goal is to help enterprises unlock the full value of LLMs by making them more accurate, performant and cost-effective across diverse use cases and environments. My criteria for this search was very specific and Lamini checked all the boxes (and then some). ✅ 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. I wanted to get back into cutting-edge tech, specifically bridging the infrastructure and application layers. Lamini operates its own GPU cloud so customers can reserve GPU capacity or pay for on-demand usage of our inference and tuning APIs. I’m most excited about our breakthrough Memory Tuning capability, delivering state-of-the-art accuracy with lower latency and cost. ✅ 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺. Founders, Sharon Zhou, PhD and Gregory Diamos, are legit experts in AI and high-performance machine learning systems. Combined, the team has decades of AI research and engineering experience. I feel incredibly lucky to be able to build and learn with them. ✅ 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆. Many companies I reviewed claimed DE&I as a core value, but their leadership teams told a different story. Not at Lamini.
