About us

Kuper Realty Corporation was founded in 1972 by Charles Kuper, Jr. and his family as a commercial brokerage firm. In 1978, Kathleen Kuper expanded the company to include a service oriented residential real estate brokerage arm specializing in the upscale market. In 1979, its operations were expanded once again to include farm and ranch brokerage and relocation services. In 1980, Kuper Realty was successful at partnering with Sotheby’s International Realty as a Sotheby’s affiliate and subsequently became Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty. In 2004, Sotheby’s entered into a long-term strategic alliance with Realogy Corporation to provide worldwide franchising. Today, Kuper serves as San Antonio’s exclusive affiliate for Sotheby’s International Realty, renowned all over the world for extraordinary properties, distinguished marketing capabilities, and its global network of offices and affiliates. Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty is solely owned and operated by Rick Kuper in keeping with the Kuper family real estate tradition and reputation. Our goals and our people have always been focused on enhancing the quality of life in this, the vibrant heart of Texas.
