We are excited to announce that we have partnered with the management team of Marek Sawing & Drilling, LLC to complete a recapitalization of the business! Based in Houston, TX, and established in 2005, Marek is a niche provider of specialty concrete sawing & drilling, ground penetrating radar, and select placement services to the commercial, medical, industrial, transportation, highway & civil, and sports & entertainment end markets within the United States. The partnership with KLH enables the Company and its management to accelerate organic growth, explore additional service offerings, and enter new geographic service areas throughout the US. We are excited to announce that we have partnered with the management team of Selinsky FORCE to complete a management buyout of the Company!   Based in Canton, OH, Selinsky is a leading provider of critical preventative, planned, and emergency industrial maintenance services, piping and refractory solutions, steel erection, and other turnkey solutions for its customers within the engineered materials, industrial manufacturing, power, recycling, civil construction, and other industrial end markets. The Company enjoys reoccurring, critical maintenance demand with a nested presence in customer facilities, where arduous production and manufacturing processes drive a perpetual need for maintenance, repair, and overhaul work.

We are excited to announce that our portfolio company, Jackson Infrastructure Services, has acquired Dave’s Construction, Inc. (DCI). DCI provides underground telecommunications and power distribution services for cooperatives and providers to rural communities across the Upper Midwest. The acquisition provides expansion within a strategic market segment and geography, further diversifies the Company’s customers and adds considerable capacity to the Company’s field crews to service its customers’ growing demand. We are excited to announce that our portfolio company, BMI Merchandise, has acquired Peek-a-Boo Toys! Peek-a-boo Toys designs and manufactures plush toys for venues such as amusement parks, family entertainment centers, vending machines, and carnivals. The acquisition enhances BMI’s product offering and brings the Company into several new end markets.
