Klein Enterprises has successfully sold Aerocenter Industrial Park in Winchester, VA. Klein purchased the three-building, fully leased, 122,000-square-foot property in 2020. The property is leased to three single-building tenants including FedEx, Avient Polymers, and Interchange Trucking. This move aligns with our goal to streamline and expand our portfolio in key markets. Huge thanks to Christopher Dale at JLL for facilitating this successful transaction.
