The focus area for Operation Safe Driver Week 2024 is be reckless, careless, or dangerous driving, defined as “as operating a vehicle without due care and attention or reasonable consideration for other motorists or people on the road.” During last year’s Operation Safe Driver Week, 11,448 commercial vehicle traffic stops were conducted. A total of 4,592 warnings and 2,634 tickets/citations were given to commercial motor vehicle drivers. Stay safe everyone!
