Collaborating with Bridge Industrial and Herdman Architecture + Design, Inc., this state-of-the-art facility features a 36' clear height, 23 dock high doors, a 144' truck court, an ESFR sprinkler system, and 4,000 amps of power. From initial design to final implementation, we’re proud of the seamless integration and efficiency our team achieved. K+W’s work on this project showcased our dedication to innovative and sustainable engineering. We delivered grading design, storm drain design, sewer design, and advanced stormwater treatment solutions with detention pipes and dry wells. Our team also provided detailed stormwater treatment and hydrology reports and calculations. The offsite improvements, which included replacing public sidewalks and enhancing surrounding streets, further reflect our commitment to enhancing communities and infrastructure.
