With May coming to an end, we wanted to take the time to remind you that although mental health awareness month is over, our work to help at-risk youth does not. KidsFirst is elated to highlight our very own TJ Singh. TJ is celebrating his one year anniversary here at KidsFirst and we could not be more grateful to have him as a member of our team. With his experience within the mental health field of over 8 years, TJ has become an integral piece of our Kidsfirst family. He approaches his clients with empathy, non-judgment, and unconditional positive regard. He wants his clients to feel that they can truly take off the masks they wear in their lives and be their authentic selves without fear of being judged for who they truly are.

Thank you to the KCRA 3 & My58 Television team and Ty Steele for allowing us to spread awareness during Child Abuse Prevention Month about the vital services we provide to our community. We appreciate the opportunity and support!
Thank you KCRA 3 & My58 Television and Ty Steele for taking time to shed light on KidsFirst - Counseling & Family Resource Centers’ programs and services yesterday in honor of Child Abuse Prevention Month. There are approximately 16,000 cases of child abuse reported in Placer County each year, which makes raising awareness of KidsFirst’s no-cost parenting classes, health and wellness programs, and counseling services to the community so crucial. We’d also like to thank Miss Placer County, Bailey Breen, for sharing her story and how KidsFirst impacted her childhood. 💙 Watch the full interview: https://lnkd.in/gX2mMK92 #elevatedpr #nonprofitmarketing #publicrelations
