Owen is a Marketing Major at University of Wisconsin - La Crosse. “I chose this major because it gives me a chance to do so many different things within the business world,” says Owen. Lacey is a business marketing and education major at the University of Minnesota. “ I chose this degree because I like being able to work on a team, being able to work on projects I am passionate about, and have the ability to grow in both my personal and career paths,” she says. My core responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and matching candidates with suitable positions, as well as collaborating with clients and colleagues to provide excellent service and feedback. I am particularly good at connecting with individuals and making them feel comfortable with me. I am passionate about helping people find their ideal career paths and developing their potential, and my mission is to empower young professionals to achieve their goals and contribute to the success of diverse and innovative organizations. I go to the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, and I’m pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Human Resource Development.
