Job Fair Attracts Hundreds of Residents; Military Commands Participate MANGILAO, Guam (April 30, 2024) – With hundreds of federal jobs available on Guam, residents flocked to the fieldhouse to join in on the 2024 Island Wide Job Fair held at the University of Guam, April 26. Various military and federal organizations participated in the fair, where hiring officials were hopeful to attract the right talent and skills for many crucial positions with Joint Region Marianas, Naval Facilities Engineering and Systems Command (NAVFAC) Marianas, Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz and Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) and many others. The job fair was sponsored by the University of Guam’s Career Development Office. Joint Region Marianas is committed to supporting the growth and development of Guam’s talent pool, as well as contributing to the overall economic development of the island.
