🤩 Patrizia Rinaldi, our Chief People & Organization Officer 🤩 Patrizia is a Senior Manager with over 18 years of experience in HR. She earned a degree in Business Economics from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia and a Master's in Personnel Management and Organisation from Bocconi University in Milan. Throughout her career, she has managed all areas of the Human Resources Department, supporting the business during transformation phases and leading teams through periods of change. She began her career at Pirelli Real Estate and then moved to the Ferragamo Group, where her responsibilities grew over the past 12 years she was there to then becoming the Human Resources & Organisation Director for the EMEA region. In 2020, Patrizia decided to focus on comprehensive HR consulting, becoming a strategic outsourcing partner for companies undergoing change and growth. In 2022, Patrizia completed an Executive MBA at the Politecnico di Milano School of Management, where she met Gabriele Giugliano and embraced the Joinrs project, becoming Chief People & Organisation Officer 🤭

🤗 Joinrs in Rome: HR friends, there are no taboos among us 🤗 We like to talk, to tell, to engage. And at the Bar del Fico -just where 10 years ago the first dreams and mechanisms of our startup materialized- we met old and new HR connections. 🍝 Amatriciana is a must, and it's always great, but we needed ... unconventional, so the dinner turned into the smiles of those who had their portraits taken by Eli, a very good illustrator, into those who raised their glasses to toasts, into the widespread cheerfulness of a nice “Taboo” HR version, and into a new experience, both for them and for us. It was special: we write this from the train taking us back to Milan, knowing that when we want it again all we have to do is simply take the backward route.

She brings nearly a decade of HR experience to her role, leveraging her academic background and diverse industry exposure. Originally from Poland, Dorota's journey in HR began in the UK hospitality sector, eventually leading her to various roles, including in the public sector and global publishing. 💃 Joinrs' Talent Show: will we open it to the public from the next edition? 🕺 We cannot yet assure that, what is certain, however, is that the office lends itself to the most bizarre and entertaining shows. We were joined by just about everyone here in Milan, so we welcomed our colleagues from the rest of the world with an unpredictable show.  Fifteen performances: from dancing to singing, via stand-up comedy, quizzes, imitations, drone and crochet demonstrations, and recipes in the kitchen. The jury gave its verdict: Joinrs won, us that met first and got to know each other better later. -- Martina Mattone closed and stole this talent with a T-Rex performance. But success is about creativity, about putting yourself out there, about talent... that knows no languages or, if it does, it surely knows at least one more than we do :)
