I'm particularly proud of this moment. Last week our team celebrated the completion of our latest project, 42 Crossing Business Park. This was a huge milestone for us here in the Triangle region. With the completion of our 5th business park, and our 14th 15th and 16th building we surpassed 1 million square feet! While our elite team of 15 has been hard at work, our success has drawn from the partnerships and friendships that we've formed here over the past 4 years. Personally it's been a wild ride, opening an office during a pandemic, asking people to move their families, hiring people who had no idea what they we're signing up for, the Texas deep freeze, supply chain issues, up and down interest rates, and runaway inflation. As a team, we persevered through it all! We have been fortunate enough to be welcomed by the community and have learned a lot for our experiences together. I would like to thank everyone who has helped us along the way, everyone who came out to celebrate, and specifically Chris Johnson and R. S. (Butch) Lawter, Jr. for speaking at our ribbon cutting.
