🚧 Project Update: SJCC Progress 🚧 We had a very productive week at the San Jose City College Campus Expansion Project! Here's what was recently accomplished: → Level 1: Exterior gypsum sheathing started in sector C. MEPF rough-in continued throughout sectors B and C, while wall framing began in sector A. → Levels 1 and 2: Topping out of drywall continued smoothly in sectors B and C. → Level 3: Fireproofing continued to be sprayed on both the interior and exterior of the building. → Levels 3 and 4: Formwork installation began on the terraces, preparing for the topping slabs to be poured next Friday. Soffit framing continued at Levels 2-4 and is progressing well. → Mock-up: Metal panels installation started today and is nearing completion. Great progress, team!
