Have you seen this flag before? 🌟 The #Juneteenth flag symbolizes the end of slavery in the U.S. Each aspect of the flag has an important meaning! Today, we fly the Juneteenth flag to celebrate African American freedom and reflect on our history as we work toward equality. Via - @allofusresearch #joinallofus #IotaPhiTheta #BGLC #Ipt1963

Today we celebrate Juneteenth Independence Day, also referred to as "Freedom Day". ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ June 19th, 1865 marked a historic event in the State of Texas. On that day, enslaved African Americans received word of their emancipation. #juneteenth #ipt1963 #freedomday

It is with deep sadness that Iota Phi Theta announces the passing of Most Honorable Founder Louis Hudnell. The fraternity respectfully appreciates his contributions as a founder of our great fraternity and the Dean of Pledges of the first pledge line in 1964 - The "first 15" Centaurs. Please take a moment of silence in remembrance. #IotaPhiTheta #IPT1963 #ONEIota
