After our recent webinar on the new TPA models and a discussion with Mike Mead, CIO, CNO, which included some background about the life insurer's work with Cognizant, we reached out to talk with the firm's life insurance technology leader Sarat Varanasi to talk about the technology evolution—with an emphasis on GenAI—is shaping how service companies' relationships with their clients. The partnerships between service providers and their clients are long-term, trusted relationships with a history of collaboration, making them a good vehicle for the introduction of GenAI capabilities to gain competitive advantage with the technology as early as possible. This is especially the case when the firm is working hard—and investing significantly—to adopt the technology both for themselves and their carrier partners, as Sarat tells us Cognizant is. #Cognizant #CNO
