On Wednesday, I celebrated my 1 year anniversary as an RBT at InBloom Autism Services! Throughout this year, I have learned a tremendous amount about ABA, being an RBT and ways to be a better provider for the kids under my care from my fellow RBTs, BCBAs, CIO and CD. I am super grateful for everyone I have worked with this year and all of the support I’ve received! 🥰 I am also excited to announce, I have been promoted through the RISE program to Senior RBT!! With this new role I have the opportunity to take on more complex cases and be part of the training process for new BTs!
