    In a vast majority of cases, organizations don't measure the cost of Unused Human Capacity, but leaders know that it exist. When we ask leaders what the cost of Unused Human Capacity is, we hear things like:   1️⃣ Financial Loss 2️⃣ Team Morale 3️⃣ Wasted Time 4️⃣ Unfulfilled Purpose 5️⃣ Boredom   So the real questions are - How do we know where unused human capacity begins? How do we reduce the cost of unused human capacity? How do we prevent it from costing us at all?   Once awareness of Self - Others - Situations is cultivated, answering these questions becomes much easier AND addressing areas of unused human capacity becomes possible.

    In this HCI Webinar, Dr. Jonathan H. Westover talks with Bob Borcherdt about accessing the unused human capacity in your organization. Bob Borcherdt is a visionary through and through. He has been a leader, strategist, and business owner for over 35 years. His deep passion for people and leadership is what led him in 2011 to start IN2GREAT, a leadership consulting company. Bob founded IN2GREAT with the intent to help businesses grow by building better leaders. Since then, the firm has grown to include powerful human analytics and a team that specializes in implementing leadership development systems. Bob believes when leaders are empowered and equipped to create cultures of clarity, the people around them are engaged, developed and fulfilled. To many of IN2GREAT’s clients, Bob is a trusted advisor. He has worked with CEOs of large companies to head coaches of professional sports teams to small business owners and leaders at all levels in organizations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Toledo and is the co-author of the book Leading to the One: Creating Cultures of Clarity Where People Are Engaged, Developed and Fulfilled. Bob has been married to his wife Judy for 38 years, and together they have four sons, four daughters-in-law, and twelve grandchildren.     We are excited to announce a new team member at IN2GREAT! Jackson Cromer joins us after spending 8 years in the surety industry, serving his prior organization in multiple capacities. Most recently as its President helping grow the company’s footprint, technology, and team. He loves working with team members to help unlock their potential and build them to be future leaders.   At home, Jackson is a husband to his wonderful wife Rachel and the father of 4 amazing kids, Harrison, Hadley, Nate and Noah. He loves the outdoors, fitness, health and reading. He is excited to help build relationships and provide support to clients through the use of The Predictive Index and the Clarity Based Leadership model from the L-21 Group.
