About us
Established in 2009, Impact Fire Services was the vision of a group of experienced industry professionals that wanted to build a best-in-class fire protection and life safety company. Through superior customer service and technical expertise, we have developed long-standing relationships with the leading businesses in our markets. The Impact Fire leadership team has over 200 years of industry experience. We are a full service fire protection company, providing installation, maintenance, inspection, monitoring, and retrofit of fire safety systems. We are a team of fire protection professionals, many of whom carry NICET and manufacturer certifications in leading brands. Impact Fire has deep experience supporting the following industries: Retail, Healthcare, Assisted Living, Restaurant, Education, Multi-Family Housing, Property Management, Hospitality, Government, and Industrial. In 2012, Impact Fire was acquired by Caltius Equity Partners. This transaction provided Impact Fire the necessary resources to expand beyond our Texas roots. Through our sister company, Academy Fire, we service national customers in our regional markets. Together the companies operate as subsidiaries of AI Fire. In 2017, Audax Group acquired AI Fire, with the objective to build an M&A capability and expand via acquisition. Since then, AI Fire has completed over 20 acquisitions. In the spring of 2021, AI Fire was acquired by TruArc (fka Snow Phipps) with the stated goal of further expanding Impact Fire’s national presence. Today Impact Fire maintains 30+ districts across Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, and Vermont.
