The #IAHTBT team is progressing on demolition at the Terminal B Central Processor. Check out this cool time lapse video of the 'East Helix' coming down! The all-new 'front door' to Terminal B will include ground level check-in, a smoother and more efficient process for United Airlines customers as they arrive at #IAH. Demolition is underway at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH)! 💪 As part of the IAH Terminal B Transformation - Central Processor with United Airlines, crews are completing demolition of the 40-plus-year-old East helix and pedestrian tubes, which connected passengers from the processor building, check-in, and TSA screening to the gates and concourses. Required skills: 🦺 Precision techniques to protect the surrounding active railway, roadway, and processor 🚧 Careful coordination to avoid impacting ongoing operations or roadway closures This demolition will pave the way for seamless access to the new concourse. #ClarkBuildsHouston
As we ramp up construction activities at #IAHTBT, we are working through the demolition of two elevated walkways that previously led passengers over N. Terminal Road to the old B North flight stations. This meticulous work must be done with the utmost care and precision. We look forward to sharing more of our efforts very soon! On May 2nd, the Manhattan team held an outreach event with one-on-one matchmaker opportunities with our prime contractors. For United’s IAH Terminal B Transformation , our MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) contractors met with sub-tier trade partners to help fulfill their contractual minority/women-owned business goals for supplier diversity. 🤝🦺 Over 125 registered attendees braved Houston’s weather to make connections and help us execute an awesome event! #BuildingExcellence #MEP #IAHTBT

It's National Volunteer Week and our #IAHTBT team just spent an afternoon together to lend a helping hand. We processed more than 3,800 lbs of food/products in support of #HoustonFoodBank. We are 'Uniting for Good'... Big shout out to all of our volunteers!
