🚀 Exciting times for IAB executive leadership team! 🚀 We recently took to new heights in a team-building exercise that was nothing short of epic. Using military-grade F-35 flight simulators at The Squadron NYC, we experienced what it's like to be in the cockpit of an F-35 fighter jet, guided by a real-life fighter pilot. Talk about a Top Gun moment! I flew a solo mission and did moderately well, but the real learning came during the group missions. With coaching from my co-pilot and high-scoring, Jack Koch, our 4-person team including Piya Mehra, and Amber Murat MSEd, PHR, CPC, ELI-MP soared and secured second place. The experience taught us invaluable lessons that are critical for driving personal, team, and organizational excellence: 1️⃣ Speed: Sometimes slowing down ensures more control and precision. 2️⃣ Planning Ahead: Always look around corners to anticipate the future. 3️⃣ Taking Risks: Avoid complacency by stepping out of your comfort zone.
