    The Baltimore Peninsula area, formerly known as Port Covington, recently wrapped the first phase of its sprawling redevelopment plan. The neighborhood is one of the country’s largest urban renewal projects. Lead developers Claudia Jolin, alongside partnering sponsors Sagamore Ventures and the Urban Investment Group within Goldman Sachs Asset Management, have built up the neighborhood’s infrastructure over the years. For this next chapter, Claudia Jolin is stepping in with the benefits district to ensure residents’ needs are being met. https://zurl.co/KL73

Last year, GBC led a coalition of nearly 40 business and technology leaders that applied for the U.S. Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration's (EDA) Regional Technology and Innovation Hubs program.
