Competition + Teamwork = Results At our Whitewater facility, the #Husco team engaged in a Throughput Challenge, striving to increase the number of units assembled per hour. Collaboration was a driving force, with operators from all shifts working together to enhance productivity . The impressive outcomes speak for themselves: 🥇 13 shift records set. 🏆 4 units per hour records broken. 🎯 Over 40 people got motivated and tried outdo each other in a show of camaraderie and competitive spirit. Winners were posted on the Wall of Fame, they received recognition in the morning meeting, and each week the winning team got lunch. #teamwork #Whitewater #challenge
