This state-of-the-art space will enhance the district's ability to serve their community and ensure the safety and efficiency of their transportation services. Following the ceremony, the District Board of Directors held their meeting in the new training room within the facility. This modern, well-equipped space will be pivotal for ongoing training and development, furthering their commitment to excellence in education and service. 🚀 Innovation Takes Flight in Salamanca The STEAM wing at Salamanca Junior/Senior High School exemplifies Salamanca City School District's commitment to and focus on improving academic environments that foster student innovation and creativity. Learning spaces within the STEAM wing include a technology room, robotics lab, CADD room, 3D printing room, makerspace, science lab, and art room. Congratulations to our clients, the Town of Dryden, New York and Livingston County, New York, for being awarded New York State ConnectALL Municipal Infrastructure Program (MIP) funding for their $9.9M and $26.5M projects, respectively. This significant investment will support the Town of Dryden's initiative to bring new public broadband service to over 2,600 locations, benefiting rural residents in the neighboring Town of Caroline and the Town of Dryden and for Livingston County it will bring reliable, high-speed broadband internet access to more than 4,000 additional address points throughout the County, including homes, farms and businesses. Today is International Women in Engineering Day, and we wanted to take this time to highlight and celebrate all our women engineers in each of our disciplines at HUNT Engineers, Architects & Surveyors. Historically, International Women in Engineering is celebrated on June 23rd all around the world to raise the profile of women across all engineering disciplines and celebrate all the contributions these women have made to their field. The day initially began as a tribute to the anniversary of the establishment of the Women’s Engineering Society (WES), which was founded on June 23rd, 1919. Since then, the specific fields of engineering have grown exponentially, including but not limited to Geomatics, Structural, Environmental, Civil, Transportation, and Electrical engineering.
