Happy Mental Health Awareness Week from Humble! We're committed to supporting mental health initiatives and reducing stigma around mental health challenges. This week, we're highlighting our partnerships with Active Minds, Inc. and Safe In Our World. Active Minds promotes mental health awareness and support for youth and young adults. We're supporting their 1000 Schools in 1000 Days initiative, which aims to bring crucial mental health resources to schools. Safe In Our World aims to eliminate stigma around mental health challenges in the game industry. This month, we're raising funds to support their pilot coaching program for game industry professionals facing job loss or career uncertainty. In 2023 alone, the community helped raise over $14 million for vital causes in the areas of Health & Well-being, Crisis & Disaster Relief, Equity & Inclusion, Quality Education, and Climate Change & Sustainability. We’re thrilled to announce that the Ocean Guardian Charity DLC for Stairway Games’ Coral Island has officially raised $50,000 for Coral Guardian! When we first started talking to Stairway Games about what we could do together to empower Coral Island players to be a force for good in the world, creating something to benefit Coral Guardian was a perfect fit. Their work to preserve and restore coral reefs, such as those around Indonesia where Stairway Games is located, is critical, urgent, and benefits us all. The entire Humble Games team is immensely grateful to our partners and everyone who helped make this possible, and especially to the Coral Island community who picked up the DLC and spread the word for this incredible cause.
