Meetup community giving AI developers opportunities to interface with humanitarian actors and work on volunteer projects
About us
Humanitarian AI is a meetup.com community started by former United Nations staff linking local groups in Cambridge, San Francisco, Seattle, New York City, Toronto, Montreal, London, Paris, Berlin, Oslo, Geneva, Zurich, Bangalore, Tel Aviv and Tokyo. The groups bring students, researchers and AI developers together to discuss humanitarian applications of artificial intelligence with humanitarian actors and to work on volunteer projects serving the humanitarian community. Humanitarian AI members produce the Humanitarian AI Today podcast series covering humanitarian applications of artificial intelligence, machine learning and natural language processing from operational, technical and other perspectives.
