    We've had an incredible year at Captions so far — and today I'm thrilled to share we've raised a $60M Series C. This milestone was made possible by some truly incredible work and momentum by our New York City team including: 🌎 Reaching 10M+ global creators on Captions 🎥 Launching a collection of world-first generative features, including AI Creator and AI Edit 📈 Seeing 3M+ videos generated by our customer each month Going forward, we plan to invest $100M into advancing generative video research here in New York. We believe that New York is emerging as the epicenter for AI research and look forward to building our world-class team here. (Give a 👹 if you're interested in joining us on this ride!)     It's hard to argue with the idea of happy customers; who doesn’t want their customers to be happy?! The bigger question is, what makes customers happy? We should all be obsessed with that question. What delights your customers and how will you turn yourself into a pretzel to serve them? So I was thrilled with the concept of Arrows “Happy Customer Festival.” Several HubSpotters joined to discuss the customer lifecycle across marketing, sales and support. When HubSpot originally started as a marketing automation company, we saw customers were generating significantly more leads. But there was a leaky bucket when moving leads from marketing to sales. Marketing claimed that sales work rates were not high enough and sales teams claimed that lead quality was not high enough. Sounds familiar? A few insights on how we thought about delighting customers: Connect the dots across teams and provide full visibility on the customer journey. This is what we have attempted to do with our engagement hubs like Marketing, Sales and Service. Create a platform - one that unifies all of the customer data and unifies the team that uses that data. Enroll your partners in the journey and create a thriving ecosystem. Our average customer has at least 9 integrations with other apps in our ecosystem. There is something magical that happens when customers begin to integrate with other key systems in their stack. The more integrated we are as an ecosystem, the more value our customers get, and the more value they get, the happier they are. In any industry and in any economy, you win when you have happy customers. Good luck and much happiness for everybody. And thanks for the conversation Daniel Zarick!
