Check out the article that talks about 27 hotel renovations that are scheduled to be completed in 2024. One of them is our La Concha Key West conversion project, which will transform the hotel into a new Marriott Autograph Collection property. Our project involves upgrading the lobby, bar, restaurant, exterior, guestrooms, guest bathrooms, corridors, and meeting space. For Phase 1, we focused on the guestrooms and corridors, renovating 160 guestrooms, and transforming the spa into premium rooftop suites. Phase 2, which includes renovating the public spaces, will be completed in summer 2024. We recently completed another round of restroom renovations at the Washington, D.C. Convention Center for Events DC, our long-time client. Our ongoing project involves renovating more than 50 restrooms from scratch. This includes the complete removal of all existing drywall, finishes, partitions, accessories, and fixtures. We then install recessed linear lighting and cove lighting to improve visibility and aesthetics. All toilets, urinals, wash bars, sinks, countertops, toilet partitions, and accessories are replaced with new, high-quality fixtures. For a clean, modern look, we will install floor-to-ceiling tiles on all walls and new floor tiles for a durable and easy-to-maintain flooring surface. In addition, we will rework plumbing and ductwork as necessary to ensure proper functionality and efficiency. The project requires coordinating with multiple subcontractors and suppliers to ensure its timely and efficient completion. The final result will be more than 50 modern, functional, and aesthetically pleasing restrooms.
