The 2024 #Olympics start in a few days, but you don’t have to be a gold-medal athlete to experience the benefits of swimming. According to a study by neurobiologist Seena Mathew, PhD, swimming just a few minutes a day can enhance your memory and mood. These benefits are just some of the reasons we’re proud to design the aquatic and recreation centers that will help our neighbors thrive. Download our impact paper “Bringing Life to Communities” to learn more about how aquatics centers benefit community health. https://lnkd.in/g3D6qD74 Read more about the benefits of swimming: https://lnkd.in/dnr4TiMF #hmcarchitects #designforgood #SwimmingBenefits #CommunityHealth #AquaticCenters #Wellness #Recreation #HealthyLiving #CommunityWellbeing

HMC Architects proudly announces that our Job Captain, Moheb Hezkial, M.S., RA, NCARB, has reached a significant professional milestone by becoming a licensed architect. Moheb believes that licensure opens doors to a broader range of career opportunities and enhances his credibility with clients and employers. It enables him to tackle the design challenges and needs facing humanity today effectively. Since joining HMC, Moheb has contributed to several of our largest projects, including the Harbor-UCLA Medical Center Redevelopment Program. This design-build project is particularly meaningful to him due to its large scale and the wealth of information and details he encounters daily.
